- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements
- Negotiate contracts and terms with Japanese suppliers to achieve optimal value
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices
- Experience working with Japanese suppliers or in a Japanese business environment
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
