Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and internal policies.
  • Perform comprehensive quality audits on bilingual documentation and transactions.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate support and quality feedback to the operations team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality and security in line with global client requirements.
  • Analyze quality performance trends and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment with global quality benchmarks.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Must hold a JLPT N2 certification or higher (or equivalent proficiency in written and spoken Japanese).
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese (Nihongo).
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, or a similar BPO/Shared Services role is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict data privacy and security protocols.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule as business requirements dictate.
