- Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes including sushi, sashimi, tempura, and ramen
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques specific to Japanese cuisine
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in food preparation

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Japanese Cook or in Japanese cuisine preparation
- Knowledge of traditional Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese delicacies
- Certification in food safety and handling (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
