Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with professional Japanese hospitality standards (Omotenashi).
- Assist in table settings, menu presentation, and order taking accurately.
- Ensure the dining area is pristine, organized, and prepared for service at all times.
- Provide detailed recommendations on menu items, including ingredients and preparation styles.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns with poise and efficiency.
- Participate in regular team briefings to maintain high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a positive, service-oriented mindset and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Malay (Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage).
- A genuine interest in Japanese cuisine and fine dining service excellence.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per operational requirements.
- No formal experience required; fresh graduates and school leavers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to relocate or reside within the Penang Island area (accommodation provided).
