- Perform authentic Japanese head spa treatments including scalp massage, hair washing, and conditioning techniques
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and sterilization protocols for all equipment and tools
- Upsell premium products and services to enhance client experience and revenue
- Document client treatments and preferences for personalized future sessions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless clinic operations

Kualifikasi
- Certification in Japanese head spa therapy or equivalent beauty qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in spa or salon environments
- Strong knowledge of scalp anatomy and hair care principles
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia
