Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons focused on achieving N3 proficiency standards.
- Design effective lesson plans that incorporate grammar, vocabulary, kanji, and listening comprehension.
- Conduct periodic assessments and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Integrate Japanese business culture, etiquette, and social norms into the learning curriculum to prepare students for work-life in Japan.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language practice.
- Prepare students for formal Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) examinations through mock tests and strategic study sessions.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching materials and standardized teaching methods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Must possess an active JLPT N3 certificate (N2 or N1 certification is a significant advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Japanese Language Instructor, preferably in an LPK (Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja) environment.
- Deep understanding of Japanese grammar structures and pedagogical techniques for non-native speakers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage class schedules and academic documentation effectively.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the success of students.
- Willing to be based in the Bekasi area.
