In this role, you will be the bridge for daily operations, ensuring accurate interpretation during meetings, production lines, and quality control sessions. You will also be responsible for translating technical documents, reports, and manuals, ensuring that critical information is conveyed perfectly. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian during meetings and daily operations.
- Translate technical documents, manuals, and internal correspondence with high accuracy.
- Facilitate effective communication between Japanese experts and local production teams.
- Assist in quality control discussions and production planning sessions.
- Clarify technical terms and instructions to ensure full understanding.
- Support the management team in organizing and attending business trips or off-site meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid JLPT N3 to N1 certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interpretation or translation, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent command of both Japanese and English languages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
