Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and client interactions between Japanese and Indonesian
- Translate business documents, contracts, and marketing materials accurately
- Support cross-cultural communication between Japanese partners and Indonesian stakeholders
- Accompany executives on business trips to Japan for meetings and site visits
- Assist in training staff on Japanese language and business etiquette
- Prepare interpretation materials and terminology glossaries for industry-specific contexts
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all linguistic exchanges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Translation, or related field
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and Indonesian (written/spoken)
- Minimum 2 years professional interpretation/translation experience
- Certification in Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of business terminology in precious metals sector
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments
- Proficiency in interpretation technologies and documentation tools
