Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation during R&D meetings, design reviews, and technical troubleshooting sessions
- Translate technical documents, research papers, and specifications from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa
- Facilitate communication between Japanese engineers and local R&D teams on product development projects
- Support training and onboarding processes by translating materials and interpreting for trainers
- Assist in quality control discussions and production line problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of interpreted discussions and technical terminology
- Ensure cultural alignment in cross-functional project communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Translation, or Engineering-related field
- JLPT N1 certification or equivalent Japanese language proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of technical interpretation experience in manufacturing/R&D
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing terminology and engineering concepts
- Native-level fluency in Indonesian with strong written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency with CAT tools and technical documentation systems
- Experience in cross-cultural team coordination preferred
