In this role, you will act as the vital communication bridge between Japanese expatriates and local management/staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the seamless transfer of technical knowledge. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate interpretation and translation (verbal and written) between Japanese and Indonesian.
- Support daily meetings, briefings, and communications between Japanese expatriates and local staff.
- Translate technical documents, manuals, and production reports with high precision.
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication to ensure alignment with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative documentation related to manufacturing processes.
- Accompany management during site inspections and departmental audits.
- Monitor and bridge cultural differences to foster a harmonious working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Literature or equivalent.
- JLPT N2 or N1 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Interpreter/Translator in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Strong understanding of technical and industrial vocabulary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.
