Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate and professional consecutive or simultaneous interpretation for business meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Translate essential documentation, reports, and communication materials between Japanese and Indonesian.
- Facilitate effective cross-cultural communication to ensure alignment between Japanese management and local staff.
- Act as a linguistic bridge during technical consultations, site visits, or client negotiations.
- Support Japanese expatriates in daily operations and integration into the local working environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards in all translation and interpretation tasks.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and training modules as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1 preferred) and fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with high proficiency are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business etiquette and cultural nuances.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work professionally under pressure.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, translation tools).
- Ability to travel or work flexible hours as necessitated by client requirements.
