Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Japanese language proficiency (written & spoken)
- Minimum 1 year experience in focus group hosting or moderation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate discussions across diverse demographics
- Basic understanding of market research methodologies
- Professional demeanor with excellent time management
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Marketing, or related field preferred
