Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver structured, engaging Japanese language lesson plans for diverse student groups.
- Conduct immersive classroom instruction focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Provide targeted coaching for JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) exam preparation.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, constructive feedback, and personalized learning support.
- Integrate cultural nuances and real-world etiquette into daily lessons to ensure holistic student development.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records for all students under your tutelage.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching materials and curriculum standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in Japanese (N1 or N2 proficiency level preferred).
- Proven teaching experience or background in linguistics/education is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Japanese culture, history, and professional workplace etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex grammatical concepts simply.
- Highly organized, patient, and capable of managing classroom dynamics effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational software.
