Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans covering grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Utilize a variety of multimedia resources and teaching aids to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
- Assess students' proficiency levels regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to track their academic growth.
- Prepare students for language proficiency examinations, such as the JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test), with a focus on exam strategies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and builds confidence in communication.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to ensure curriculum alignment and share best practices in language education.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and learning goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field is required.
- Native or near-native proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N1 level or equivalent).
- Prior experience teaching Japanese to foreign students is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Japanese grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching.
