Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging Japanese language curriculum aligned with proficiency standards
- Conduct interactive lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create supplementary materials including multimedia resources and cultural activities
- Organize extracurricular Japanese cultural events to enhance student engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain curriculum consistency and teaching excellence
- Prepare students for standardized language proficiency examinations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or related field
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in formal education settings
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and advanced Indonesian
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Familiarity with CEFR framework and modern language teaching methodologies
- Creative lesson planning abilities with cultural integration expertise
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification
