Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels (N5-N1).
- Deliver engaging, student-centered classroom instruction in a professional WFO environment.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, quizzes, and performance evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate language acquisition and confidence.
- Incorporate Japanese cultural elements and social etiquette into the curriculum to provide a holistic learning experience.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and department standards.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Japanese Education, or a related field.
- JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) certification of N2 or N1 level is mandatory.
- Proven teaching experience in a formal school, university, or private institution.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Japanese and Indonesian/English.
- Excellent pedagogical skills with the ability to simplify complex grammatical concepts.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and classroom management software.
- Highly motivated, patient, and able to work effectively in an on-site (WFO) setting in Tangerang.
