In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of various proficiency levels. You will play a crucial role in shaping their linguistic abilities, cultural understanding, and confidence in using the language. We offer a competitive salary package of Rp 5.500.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month, reflecting the value we place on our educators' expertise and dedication. Tanggung Jawab
- Instruct students in Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills using effective and modern teaching methodologies.
- Prepare and guide students for JLPT (N3 and above) examinations, including N3, N2, and N1, with a specific focus on passing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress through regular tests, quizzes, and one-on-one feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create a supportive, interactive, and positive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest Japanese language trends, cultural nuances, and educational resources to keep the curriculum relevant.
- Communicate effectively with parents and administrative staff regarding student performance and program updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of JLPT N3 certification (N2 or N1 is highly preferred).
- Previous teaching experience in Japanese language education is mandatory.
- Fluency in Japanese (native or near-native level) and proficiency in English (for instruction and communication).
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a passion for mentoring and inspiring students.
- Experience living or traveling in Japan is a significant plus.
