Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality language training sessions for new hires and tenured staff to improve Japanese proficiency.
- Develop and update training materials, modules, and assessment tools tailored to BPO operational needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to associates to ensure adherence to quality standards and communication benchmarks.
- Monitor call/chat performance and identify skill gaps to provide targeted linguistic interventions.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to align training initiatives with business KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops on Japanese business etiquette and cultural nuances for non-native speakers.
- Maintain accurate training records and submit performance reports to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Proven proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 level certification is highly preferred).
- Strong command of English communication skills (written and verbal).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a training, teaching, or coaching role, ideally within a BPO or language education setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or any related field.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple groups of learners.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies is an advantage.
