Are you an experienced Production leader with a deep understanding of Japanese manufacturing standards? Koike Medical Indonesia, a leader in high-quality medical equipment solutionsāranging from Homecare and Hospital Medical Equipment to specialized Medical Gasesāis seeking a dedicated Japanese Production Manager to oversee our Tangerang manufacturing facility.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our production operations, ensuring that our life-saving equipment meets the highest global safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing targets.
- Implement and maintain Japanese quality management standards (JIS/ISO) across all production lines.
- Monitor production KPIs, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, and waste reduction.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between local staff and Japanese management/clients.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of specialized medical manufacturing machinery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to optimize production workflows and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and global medical safety standards in the factory environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the medical device or precision electronics sector.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) is mandatory to communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong command of English for professional reporting and documentation.
- Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing or 5S methodologies.
- Deep understanding of medical equipment regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large-scale production teams.
