Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Japanese Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Cibitung. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our dining operations, ensuring that every guest experience reflects the highest standards of authentic Japanese service and quality.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), managing daily workflows, staff performance, and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless transitions between FOH and BOH functions.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule service staff to maintain optimal coverage and high morale.
- Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee stock procurement, and conduct regular audits to minimize waste.
- Supervise POS system operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing and end-of-shift reporting.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and proactively resolve service issues to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to streamline order flow and maintain dish consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a Japanese restaurant or premium dining environment.
- Strong understanding of FOH and BOH operational procedures.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and basic inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- A deep understanding of Japanese dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Strong attention to detail regarding food quality, presentation, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
