Tanggung Jawab
- Manage SAP FICO modules for Japanese clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations
- Configure and customize SAP systems to align with Japanese accounting standards and business requirements
- Lead month-end closing processes, including reconciliation, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Provide user training and support for SAP FICO modules to Japanese stakeholders
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed financial documentation and audit trails for compliance purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO module implementation and support
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Japanese GAAP and tax regulations
- Certification in SAP FICO or related modules preferred
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with international finance operations and cross-cultural communication
