Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day cost accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform comprehensive cost analysis, variance analysis, and monitoring of production overheads.
- Maintain and update the standard costing system in alignment with internal company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Facilitate communication between the local finance team and Japanese headquarters/stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory valuation and perform regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 level certification or equivalent is required).
- Strong command of English for professional communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Costing Systems, ERP software (SAP preferred), and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural professional setting.
