This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and seamless communication between local operations and Japanese headquarters.
As a Cost Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost management cycle, analyzing production variances, and providing data-driven insights that support the company's financial health. You will act as a bridge between the finance department and production teams, ensuring all cost structures comply with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily cost accounting activities, including raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory valuation.
- Coordinate with production departments to analyze and report on production cost variances and manufacturing efficiency.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis summaries for local management and Japanese headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOX requirements within the manufacturing environment.
- Perform regular stock-taking audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies in the ERP system.
- Facilitate communication between the local finance team and Japanese stakeholders regarding cost budget planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve manufacturing profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N3 or equivalent) is required to communicate with HQ.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and Cost Accounting principles (Standard Costing).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
