Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for Japanese culture and excellent guest service? We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Japanese Speaker Front Office Staff to join a prestigious Japanese hotel chain located in Cikarang, West Java.
In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our international guests. Your proficiency in Japanese is essential for ensuring clear communication and providing high-quality service that aligns with Japanese hospitality standards (Omotenashi). Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle front office operations including check-in, check-out, and room allocation procedures.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking guests, providing translation and concierge services.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience, accuracy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stay information and handle payment transactions with high integrity.
- Support general administrative tasks within the front office department as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or higher preferred).
- Prior experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.
