Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Develop technical presentations and product demonstrations for Japanese-speaking clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized trading solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities in the Japanese sector
- Manage client relationships through regular technical consultations and follow-ups
- Coordinate with product development teams to enhance trading platforms
- Prepare detailed technical proposals aligned with client requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Native-level Japanese fluency (N1 certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in sales engineering with 2+ years in management
- Proven experience in trading or logistics industry
- Strong technical knowledge of trading platforms and systems
- Certified Salesforce or CRM implementation experience
