Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive travel consultation to Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Design and customize travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation
- Manage end-to-end booking processes using industry-standard reservation systems
- Resolve client inquiries and address travel-related issues promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline, hotel, and tour partners
- Stay updated on travel regulations, destination trends, and promotional offers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Native-level fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) and proficiency in English
- Proven experience in travel consulting, customer service, or related hospitality field
- In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, airline policies, and tourism trends
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with travel booking software and reservation management systems
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
