Are you a Japanese-speaking professional with a passion for the travel industry? Good Job Creations is looking for an energetic and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our Japan inbound travel market, fostering high-level hotel partnerships, and delivering exceptional accommodation planning services.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between world-class hospitality providers in Singapore and the growing demand from the Japanese tourism sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new hotel and accommodation partners across Singapore to expand our travel inventory.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with existing partners to ensure high-quality service and competitive offerings for Japanese travelers.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies tailored to the Japanese inbound travel demographic.
- Collaborate with the online marketing team to optimize travel products for maximum conversion on digital platforms.
- Conduct market research on Japanese travel trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Negotiate partnership contracts and incentive programs to drive volume and revenue growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for regional leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred) and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Japan inbound travel market and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
