Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support to Japanese-speaking customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Translate technical documentation, specifications, and reports between Japanese and English
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Participate in product development discussions and provide feedback from customer perspectives
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for Japanese clients
- Support project planning and implementation activities as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering
- Strong Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or above preferred) with business-level written and verbal proficiency
- Good command of English for technical documentation and communication
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required
