Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust SAP applications using ABAP programming.
- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking project managers and clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate technical documentation and functional specifications between Japanese and English.
- Perform system debugging, testing, and performance tuning for complex SAP modules.
- Create custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) according to project specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP production environments.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N5 to N1 levels; open to non-passers with equivalent conversational skills).
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP).
- Proficiency in RICEF objects development and performance optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
