Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in delivering Japanese language curriculum effectively.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students to reinforce lesson concepts.
- Prepare instructional materials, visual aids, and learning resources as requested.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to instructors.
- Maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment.
- Facilitate language practice sessions including speaking, listening, and writing exercises.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to class management and student records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Japanese Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher certification is strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and Japanese.
- Prior experience in a teaching or tutoring role is an advantage.
- Passion for education and working with students of varying skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using digital teaching tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
