Are you a passionate educator with a deep love for the Japanese language and culture? Timedoor is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Japanese Teacher to join our LPK (Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja) team in the vibrant city of Denpasar, Bali.
As a Japanese Teacher at Timedoor, you will play a pivotal role in preparing our students for professional success. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction, fostering a collaborative learning environment, and helping students achieve the language proficiency levels required for their future careers. We are looking for an individual who is not only fluent in Japanese but also adept at curriculum delivery and student mentorship.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Japanese language lesson plans aligned with LPK program standards.
- Instruct students in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills at various proficiency levels.
- Prepare students for JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) or similar certification exams.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Integrate cultural nuances and business etiquette into lessons to prepare students for the Japanese work environment.
- Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve curriculum materials and teaching methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Japanese Literature, Japanese Education, or a related field.
- JLPT certificate (N3 minimum, N2 preferred) is required.
- Prior teaching experience at a language school, LPK, or educational institution.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and Japanese.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
- Able to adapt teaching styles to suit different learning speeds and student needs.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
