Rococo Global Technologies Corporation is looking for a dedicated Japanese Translator & Help Desk Associate to join our expanding team in Cebu City. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate and timely translation services for technical documents, emails, and correspondence between English and Japanese.
- Act as the primary interpreter during business trips and meetings with Japanese stakeholders.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for Help Desk inquiries.
- Assist in translating and localizing technical user guides and FAQs.
- Maintain and update translation glossaries and terminology databases.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure clear communication regarding system issues.
- Document user feedback and technical issues for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proficient in both Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or N1 preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel for business trips as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in IT, Language, or Communications.
