We are currently expanding our technical team and are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer to be based in our Cebu City office on a contract basis.
In this role, you will join a collaborative team of engineers working on high-traffic enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust backend services and applications using modern Java frameworks. This is a hands-on role where your contributions directly impact the company's core product offerings and digital ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize application performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
