As a Java Developer at Capgemini, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture and analyze requirements, design robust software solutions, and develop scalable Java applications. You will leverage deep technical expertise in the Spring ecosystem to build high-quality, innovative software. Your day-to-day will involve designing and implementing high-volume, low-latency server-side components ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Your primary focus will be on back-end development building microservices and RESTful APIs. You will participate in all phases of the agile development lifecycle, contribute to code reviews, and propose technical solutions to complex business challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Build and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs in a cloud-native environment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).
- Experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
