Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications using Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and company standards.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, and testing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform regular code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the development team.
- Optimize application components for maximum speed and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related Information Technology field.
- Proven professional experience in Java development (ideally 1-3 years for this level).
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with modern development tools including Git, Maven, or Gradle.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
