Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization through unit testing and code reviews.
- Participate in architectural discussions to influence product design and system scalability.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Document development processes and provide technical support for implemented solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar software engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, including deep knowledge of language specifications and frameworks like Spring Boot or Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with RESTful web services and API integration.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, onsite environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
