Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications for core banking systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code while following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members to maintain high quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing legacy systems to modern technology stacks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document technical specifications and system architectures for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Java development (Java 8/11/17+).
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration with third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
