Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architecture and development of scalable Java-based microservices and full-stack applications
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices, code quality, and technical innovation
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for seamless deployment and monitoring
- Optimize system performance through database tuning, caching strategies, and load balancing
- Conduct code reviews and enforce technical standards across the development lifecycle
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (cloud, containers, AI integration) to maintain competitive edge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/J2EE
- Expert proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and enterprise application frameworks
- Strong command of frontend technologies (React/Angular/Vue) and modern JavaScript
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Demonstrated leadership in technical strategy and engineering team mentorship
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
