Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java applications and services
- Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in the development process
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Java applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
- Proven experience in a leadership or technical lead role
- Strong knowledge of Java EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
