Join the Capital Markets IT (CMI) division at Crédit Agricole in Singapore, a high-impact team dedicated to engineering robust, scalable solutions for Front Office trading operations. As a Java Software Engineer, you will work at the intersection of finance and cutting-edge technology, building systems that drive critical market activities.
You will be part of a global team responsible for the full software development lifecycle, focusing on low-latency trading applications, risk management tools, and high-frequency data processing systems. We are seeking a technical expert who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-performance, maintainable code within the financial services ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance Java applications tailored for Capital Markets trading systems.
- Collaborate with Front Office traders and quantitative analysts to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput to meet the demanding needs of real-time trading environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural design to testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and maintain scalable APIs and microservices to integrate disparate financial systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code while performing rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in Java software development (Java 11+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of multithreading, data structures, and memory management in Java.
- Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, EMS) and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Capital Markets, Front Office workflows, or financial derivatives is a significant advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a global team environment.
