Software International Corporation is looking for a visionary Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining high-scale enterprise applications. You will serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, mentoring junior developers while ensuring architectural integrity across our software ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex Java-based enterprise applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and performant microservices architecture using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, technical workshops, and best-practice sharing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve latency and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices in software engineering.
- Champion CI/CD practices to accelerate deployment cycles while maintaining high code quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Java development with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework (Boot, Cloud, Security), and JPA/Hibernate.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
