Join Ncore Systems as a Java Web Developer and become a key contributor to the development of secure, scalable eâbanking and remittance platforms that serve a growing client base across the Philippines. In this role you will leverage your expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate to design, build, and maintain highâperformance web applications that meet stringent financial industry standards.
You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions. Your responsibilities include crafting clean, maintainable code, implementing RESTful APIs, integrating thirdâparty payment gateways, and ensuring seamless data flow between frontâend interfaces and backâend services. Contributing to a collaborative agile environment, you will participate in sprint planning, daily standâups, and retrospectives while driving continuous improvement through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain eâbanking and remittance web applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and connect with thirdâparty payment gateways and financial services.
- Perform code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and enforce coding standards and security best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the existing tech stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of handsâon experience in Java/J2EE development, including Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Proficiency in frontâend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; experience with React or Angular is a plus.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and strong SQL skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong problemâsolving abilities and a teamâoriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highâquality software.
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous but not required.
