Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and optimize JDE modules (Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing) to align with evolving business requirements.
- Perform detailed gap analysis between current business processes and standard JDE functionality.
- Develop robust functional specifications for custom developments and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with technical developers to oversee the build, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions.
- Provide expert guidance to end-users regarding system capabilities and process workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specs, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root cause analysis to resolve complex system bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Analyst in JD Edwards (World or EnterpriseOne).
- In-depth knowledge of core JDE business processes and data flow integration.
- Proven ability to perform system configuration and handle change requests independently.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and proposing standard system-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
