Join the dynamic team at PEM Fasteners as a JDE Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide critical support for our JD Edwards (JDE) ecosystem, specifically within Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Manufacturing (MFG) modules. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring our ERP systems run efficiently and effectively.
As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for daily system monitoring, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, implement system improvements, and ensure data integrity across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Daily JDE Support: Provide ongoing operational support for the JD Edwards system, focusing on Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing modules to ensure business continuity.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency within the ERP environment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into operational performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- System Configuration: Assist in the configuration, testing, and documentation of new system functionalities and updates.
- User Support: Serve as a point of contact for end-users, providing training and guidance on system usage and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience working with JD Edwards (World or EnterpriseOne) is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing processes and their integration within ERP systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and SQL is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
