Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Jollibee Eagle Drive System (JEDS) efficiently to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area and service counters
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with orders
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods
