Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery pieces based on their preferences and budget.
- Present product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and care instructions of jewellery.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage store inventory and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and product collections.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in jewellery.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
