- Deliver personalized customer consultations to showcase jewelry collections and drive sales conversions
- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays reflect brand prestige
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling and inventory protocols
- Collaborate with store team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches
- Document customer preferences and purchase history to personalize future interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-value consumer goods
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with proven track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor suitable for luxury retail environment
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/business degree preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
