Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed product consultations to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Present and sell jewellery collections to prospective and existing clients, identifying their unique needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the organization and replenishment of stock displays.
- Ensure the retail floor and showcases are visually appealing, clean, and organized at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to confidently answer client queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or retail is a significant plus.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a high level of enthusiasm.
- Prior experience in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
