Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers regarding gold jewellery
- Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Present and demonstrate jewellery collections to potential and existing customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Participate in store events and promotional activities to boost sales
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales, preferably with gold products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of gold characteristics, valuation, and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a plus
