Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to jewelry clients
- Manage and process administrative tasks including inventory management and documentation
- Assist in sales activities, including product presentation and customer consultation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities for jewelry products
- Ensure store presentation meets company standards and brand guidelines
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 35 years old
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
- Experience in sales, marketing, or fashion retail is preferred (open to fresh graduates)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative software
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by the retail schedule
